The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met in a timely manner. the housekeeping staff paid meticulous attention to detail, going as far as creating charming towel origami for a touch of whimsy. One of the standout features was the option to have breakfast in multiple scenic locations, giving us the freedom to customize our dining experience. the friendly and attentive staff, including Mr Bassem and Mr Amr, further enhanced our stay with their warm hospitality. Overall, Marom Port Said Resort provides a great value for the quality of service and amenities offered.
